NFU was formed directly as a rebellion to get Cj to step down but when that didn't work out immediately as it was intended NFU went to hell
A while later it was declared that "NFU IS NO LONGER A REBELLION GUYS WE ARE OUR OWN INDEPENDENT CLAN WE ARE THE SUCCESSOR TO 7013" yadda yadda yadda
Then when Cj steps down everyone spergs out and says "OMFG NFU FIRST SUCCESSFUL ROBLOX REBELLION WORLDSTAR WORLDSTAR"
Hahaha give me a break

It is arguably successful because Cj gave it to ColourTheory, who had no affiliation with Cj's current regime of RAT, instead of someone who would be his successor in the group.

that's half true
the whole "we are our own clan" thing was a big lie and i'm surprised that whole thing worked out because oh how obviously stupid it was. obviously we we weren't going to make our own thing with RAT being held by cj, that would have never lasted, CT didn't have the interest to keep that up for more time than necessary.
it was more internal work than anything. when the two groups' HICOMS merged is when the whole thing went down because for like a months straight we held meetings in which the two "halves" of the group argued back and forth took advantage of cj's shaky state atm and eventually the pressure got to him.
it was pretty ez. |

Seviro you're insanely deluded if you believe that. I even have a screenshot of Steam logs from CT himself DIRECTLY STATING that NFU was not successful.

Nfu is the reason rat is a thing
Cj gave it to ct, CT to tphg, tphg to meto and then poly who saved RAT |

| Sure they got Cj to step down but the group is, to this day, still run by the same cadre of degenerates that caused the group's problems during the NFU era. |

i don't know the current HICOM, i only stack bricks when needed but i think that's at least better than cj and his posse doing nothing at all
iirc he got the group to lose to JC somehow, and no new developments were made under his era
to be fair no new developments were made under poly's era either but i mean we didnt lose to JC did we
(did we?) |

Hmm...I suppose this is dependent on how you define "successful".
If you define the "success" of the rebellion as CT's ascension, then the rebellion was most certainly a success. Cj's regime suffered extreme pressure from UAF that caused its collapse, eventually leading to Cj's resignation and CT's ascension.
If you define the "success" of the rebellion by living up to its ideals...then NFU was undoubtedly a failure. Polymorphic's present regime doesn't even begin to imitate the ideals closely held by CT's RAT and resembles CJ's far more than CT's. Indeed, I predict that a solid defeat would effectively kill the clan.

cj stepped down because he realized RAT was trash
UAF reminded them of that |
