Hello America.
Recently, one of the leader of the plutocratic party quickly decided to target me for being a fighter against their political party. Now, why am I such a hater of their party? It's simple: one of their Senators committed electoral fraud a few weeks ago and it was proven, a few hours ago, that one of their House candidates committed electoral fraud by getting votes through alts. In my view, they are CRIMINALS. It isn't a party of over 200 people like the Republican or Democratic parties. It is a party of 10 people or a little bit over that, which means they clearly know each other and what they plan, what they do.
____________
Why are they orchestrating a trial based on nothing against me? Because I despise that party and now they are taking me down. SO here's why I am being sued:
During a Senate impeachment trial, two of the Senators on floor refused to follow the rules set and kept sitting where they weren't supposed to sit, jump around, talk and even jump on my desk. After being warned several times to stop jumping on my desk and stop infringing the defendant's right for a speedy trial. I immediately removed the two Senators from floor (banned them) and continued the trial, orderly.
Now, for that, I was called to what I consider a bias Senate Judiciary Committee hearing which was led by the plutocrats that are against me. They asked me a lot of things and kept me there for over an hour to twist what I say and find a reason to fill charges against me. Now, I do understand that the committee itself isn't capable enough to, apparently, ask the Vice President a few questions, so they hired their own special legal councel. After the hearing and the proper evidence I have given them, one of the legal councel that questioned me filled charges against me.
THE FUNNIEST PART: At the beginning, they tried to sue me for Perjury generally and for another charge that, in their mind, violated some rights of the Senators I mentioned above. After a while they removed the charge about violated rights in order to add a new one and after that they even removed perjury generally and the rest of the charges to add what is called "Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees".
They don't even know what to charge me with, just for the sake of it, they are doing so.
Also, the DoJ isn't able to drop the charges. The only way to stop the nonsense is: a) a pardon; b) the bias prosecutor dropping the case.
It is a giant political maneuver and here you have the reasoning that everything I have done is LEGAL:
- The presiding officer has the power vested in them to properly lead meetings and assure that nobody is breaching the decorum of the proceedings. - An impeachment trial is not a proceeding that is called a "session", but a Senate proceeding where a defendant is tried for charges in order to be barred from public office or acquitted. A Senate trial is not a place where Senators make use of their full privileges as Congressional members: no vote is cast, no motions are made, no legislative business is on the daily agenda - it is NOT a legislative business. - As the logs show, the two Senators were warned several times to comply by the rules before being removed from the floor. The rules that are not standing rules are set by the presiding officer. Definition of presiding officer: "The Presiding Officer is the person who presides over the United States Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.". - The presiding officer clearly ejected them from the chamber for unorderly behavior and for infringing the defendant's right to a speedy trial by jumping on the presiding officer's desk, jumping around the chamber, talking when asked not to and refusing to sit during proceedings.
Presiding officer = The Presiding Officer is the person who presides over the United States Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.
This means that the presiding officer is basically in charge of the procedures and proceedings unless there are STANDING RULES (clearly set rules) that say otherwise.
As stated, especially in paragraph two, none of their "rights" or privileges were violated. Furthermore, the perjury part is out of discussion as well, as those were the statements and moments recalled by the Vice President. Thus, 18 U.S. Code § 1621 and 18 U.S. Code § 111 - Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees [2] are invalid charges and it is wrong to even prosecute something with the proper evidence that the presiding officer's actions were legal. Let's make a comparison of a murder based on no evidence or on pure speculation (and the comparison is not even a good analogy; the current case is even more absurd).

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt, and can lead to impeachment. Prosecutors can add and remove charges on a case; it happens almost all of the time.
