Murder, because he is separate from you, in that you are both physically separate and have completely different personalities. This isn't much of a question.
Here's a better one: If someone with multiple personalities threatens to kill himself, is it considered a hostage situation? |

| A clone is a PROJECTION of yourself, not actually you. While it may look like you, act like you, talk like you, it is not actually you. So yeah, killing a clone of yourself would be murder, but also morally disturbing |

@Jek No. A clone of somebody would have a different personality then the original. Not a projection, a completely different person. Basically an identical twin. |
