no war would've had to happen ;/ |

"u rewatching"
i wish, but i can't. nowhere to watch it
"roku should've killed sozin earlier when he first tried to carry out his plans

EXACTLY the war is entirely roku's fault in the first place his job as avatar is to eliminate all threats to peace disturbance, and he didn't do it because sozin was his friend |

| annoys me that the avatar doesn't want to kill (well each reincarnation is different but im not sure if roku wasn't the killing type like aang or if he just didn't want to kill sozin because they were best friends) and i seriously wish aang just killed sozin although taking his bending away was more fitting i guess |

@yonnd
the avatar and the firelord, book 3
in the other storyline of the episode, zuko goes to the catacombs to search his family history and look for answers. it's when he discovers that his mom is a descendant of avatar roku |

No Aang made the right decision by taking his bending away
If he hadn't Zuko would've never found his mom (not a spoiler everyone saw it coming in the comics, haven't even finished it yet just I see it coming).
Kyoshi wasn't afraid to use violence tho.
What makes me every sad is that Iroh was supposed to take the throne but was never allowed to. Iroh is one of my favorite characters. Zuko and Iroh's relationship is my favorite part of the whole series.

look them up on YouTube, it'll take like 30 minutes to read it
Here's what has happened up to the point I've read: Zuko's mom was kidnapped by Ozai to be forced into marriage. After she was banished she returned to a small town in the fire nation and was reunited with her lover before (I think, can't remember) |

@ale it's not like that's what aang was thinking when he did it, he wasn't that smart in the end it worked for the better
r u referring to after the war iroh getting the throne or during the war |

"Not gonna lie, when Iroh was singing about his son I cried a bit."
the tales of ba sing se, book 2 beautiful episode. that's when iroh tells zuko that he loves him like a son. made me even more angry when zuko betrayed iroh at the end of book 2. zuko's father never loved him, but iroh did. zuko still chose to go back to his father to please him and let iroh rot in prison |

Times I cried during series:
Appa's Lost Days Iroh singing Brave Soldier Boy The final episode (can't remember the name)
I'm sure there's more just I can't remember.
My favorite episode is Zuko Alone |

"zuko still chose to go back to his father to please him and let iroh rot in prison"
i dont blame him just because of his childhood.. he was born into evil and although his sister embraced it (what happened to her? wish she died too smh f*** cartoons) it just took time for him to really figure out his "destiny." i feel like he was always a good guy (like when he was first banished because he didn't want his dad to send fire nation troops on a suicide mission) he was just good to the wrong side.. and then he figured out that he wasn't meant to be on the wrong side /endrant |

| my favorite episode is the headband in book 3 when aang enrolls in the fire nation school and we see the way that fire nation colony citizens are treated like dirt. it's also where we learn that they're teaching propaganda by saying that the fire nation "defeated" the air nomads in the war when the air nomads had no type of army at all. |

not even when he went to the temple and remembered his childhood? that part got me real bad.
on another note, ba sing se is by far the most f___cked place in the whole series |

| i think part of the way azula is the way she was is because she felt that her mom never loved her and thought that she was an evil demon child |
