inception you should lift the ban on ragnarope roblox took 90% of the items on the account after deleting it, and when called/emailed the reason they gave for the ban was a PM sent on a different account 3 days after the ban no rules were ever violated on the account as far as i know and emailing info/appeals they just send the same reason which happened after the ban and ignore further emails

hi there, my account (iagrus) was permanently terminated because of a false ban and roblox has failed to take any action to restore it.
appeals told me my account was properly reset, then it did not work, then i was told that my appeal went through and i was unbanned, then they proceeded to send me a form essay reply and ignored any further requests for help.
fix your customer service, fix your false bans, fix the toxic attitude that your employees obviously have in their offices.
i lost 7 years worth of an account because you failed to provide adequate customer service to a person who was interested in developing for your game and who had purchased BC. |

I already contacted those appeals people, those are the definition of useless...
legit want proof of the reason I was banned and just stopped replying, legit annoying....
Help me good sir, I find this unacceptable and very much a scam as I used my card.

appeals@roblox.com Are you serious? You know good and well Roblox is non considerate towards the player. You guys ban off assumption, you never consider the weird coincidences. If roblox bans were run like a court then a lot of INNOCENT users wouldn't have their accounts deleted right now, but I guess roblox has strayed from wanting whats best for their users and has strayed towards what's best for their pockets. Like deleting innocent users accounts so we have to recreate a new one and spend even more money on your greed run site just so we can access basic features that you've now turned into BC only ones.

i can't say i'm surprised, there's not much to expect from somebody deluded enough to actually admit that there is a glitch in your own website that allows people to immediately obtain massive amounts of value from one person without his consent.
oh well, you're a horrible person and i'm content with knowing that you know that. |

I hereby request that ROBLOX looks into this and maybe will allow those who have been falsely terminated to claim their accounts back along with a written apology from the site themselves! I find that the customer support is disrespectful, ignorant and are completely useless. I find that you guys as a company should respect the users and those who are in need of major support.
Take a look at yourselves roblox, we aren't that idiotic to notice that you are more interested in your pockets being filled than having the lives of the minors that play and enjoy your game, taking these hints from your users will maybe allow the company to become better in every way, for example, Suggestions & Idea's thread, take the ideas and test them for the users, don't just call them idiotic in your head, actually help your company by helping the users.
Honestly maybe this forum will get the attention of the moderators or administrators of the company and maybe something will be done, or maybe the company will take a look at this and just throw it to the side along with the rest of the "idiotic" comments and things that have been said by those who actually play your game.
Think about it, Roblox wouldn't be as popular if the users didn't learn lua, build and create games. There would be a small team of people working on games which would be very undeveloped and would have many bugs and stuff. Having the users ideas and suggestions put into affect can help the company, it will allow you to grow, enjoy and experience new things.
What matters next is if you guys actually respond to the next few posts or will you become even more of a lazy company to just throw the views to the side of the list.
