im gonna be straight up because im on an alt and no shame on that. the REAL shame is that i think i got man booooobs and there damning to my self esteem. im not fat tho, i weight 130. pretty sure its just body fat.
whats the *best exercise* to give me a simple flat chest. from there, then i can do muscle building exercises. cause if i do those NOW, then my booobs get bigger and i dont want that. |

| jump directly into weight excersises, best thing for chest is bench press and push ups. but if you want to build muscle, then do weights in every muscle group. do little sets and a lot of reps, then once you lose the fat go into a lot of sets and little reps to start cutting and toning. I'd ease into it, so example, bench press, 1x20, next week do 2x10, next week 3x8, 4x6, 6x4; when you lower reps, you can lift more weight in each set. a little cardio here and there, 5 mins of abs each day, and you'll be in tip top shape. at a young age, you can practically touch weights and get bigger |
