Department of Commerce June 28th, 2016
After investigation regarding the shout policy, we have now put restrictions on our shout rules and guidelines. Starting now, a company with over fifty (50) may use the United States three times a day, and be in appliance with the current law. The shout cannot include slander, personal opinions, must have an appropriate tag (CM shout rules), connect with the current standard shout rules (CM shout rules), and may shout only for the company only. The shout can only be used by businesses for recruitment, applications, interviews, or tryouts. Twitter posts that are shouted must include one or multiple of these and not anything else.
Punishments (They go in order, one after another)
First Offence: Twenty-Four (24) hours of restricting your power of shouting, you may not shout for a course of 24 hours, and we will notify you when you may shout again, you cannot shout after 24 hours unless we tell you that you may.
Second Offense: One week or 168 hours of restricting the power of shouting. The business may not use the United State's Shout for a course of one week. Once again do NOT shout unless we confirm with you that you may shout again.
Third Offense: One month, or 30 days of restriction of the power to shout in the United States. Once again you cannot shout unless notified just to confirm you may shout.
Fourth Offense and Up: You will be subjected to the same punishment as the 3rd offense. Once again you may not start to shout unless confirmed by our team members at the Department of Commerce.
Permission of being able to shout again can only be given by the Secretary of Commerce and his deputy. If a company chooses to shout when restricted from permission because they are given any of the offenses, it will be taken solemn and it will result in the termination of your contract.
Signed,
CynosureUbiquitous, Secretary of Commerce
