Depends on price of the graphics card and how dedicated you are to PC gaming. If you plan to and want to continue on PC gaming going into the future, then B, definitely. If you don't plan on doing that, then A. No use in keeping it there and then spending plentiful sums of money on an improvement you will not, don't plan to use, or at the very least use much. If you WILL use your computer often into the future, then A. If not, B. It is very dependent on your situation in specific.
