So I've been off from roblox for a while now and when I came back I discovered that roblox now allows users to upload meshes and that we're also able to make custom animation(other than just player animations).

So I decided to combine those two into a "realistic character". I downloaded a free man rig, tore it into its different pieces and animated it in roblox. Roblox always works with different parts that you can't just stretch during an animation, so the "lines" that indicate the different parts of the body will always be visible. The animations are rushed and therefore quite ugly, but I'd like you to check out my concept and give me feedback on the concept:

Thank you! :)

Thats neat, i suggest making it remove your hat and face upon entry.

It would be cool to see this used in a game like this: https://www.roblox.com/games/160560413/Updates-Gladiators

I'd love to battle people and dismember others.

Yeah, the hats glitch, I don't know yet why they don't remove...
I was planning to make an rpg out of it and maybe a horror game.

I updated it with some mechanics for an RPG game, added an npc to kill, a sword and armor. The npc gives you loot and xp(xp and lvl not visible yet).
What I'm making now is just a prototype that'll be used in further development, I'm making "shortcuts" so work will be shorter and easier later on. Everything in there(especially the guis) are still very ugly, they're just made to make it work, not to make it look good. When you press shift you can switch between attack mode and agile mode(will be useful later), the run animation is still ugly and the animation that (un)equips your weapon and/or shield isn't correct because I was to lazy to make one so far.
Please give me some feedback on this:

For me it runs very smoothly despite the combination of meshes and movement. However, every now and then there is a lag spike that brings my fps back to 10, I haven't found a correlation between this lagspike and any script yet, it seems to happen quite randomly... If you experience this as well and you notice that this happens very often at the same point, please tell me so I can attempt to fix it :)
