As new Chief of Bureau of Prisons I've been trying my hardest to make the team as active and hard working as possible, but I've found myself a problem. We're officially having a huge issue with understanding the basics, because of that I am not allowed to take a step forward into making Bureau of Prisons better than before. Due to this issue I'm going to have to set some strict guidelines for everybody to follow.. INCLUDING my high ranks.
I'm going to first start with making all Lead Correction Officers to Assistant Chiefs to the rank Lead Corrections Officer. (Lead Corrections Officer is the first high rank position) Now this does not mean you will keep this rank and completely restart from there. At that position you will all have to work together making Bureau of Prisons better without all the power you've had beforehand. You will also get your position back once you proved you're qualified for that rank. If you don't prove yourself you'll restart completely over from that current rank. (Lead Corrections Officer)
You will not be given more than one warning due to all the warnings I've already gave y'all already about "straightening up". After that you'll be suspended for 24 hours on top of a demotion to Corrections Officer in Training. (You'll be demoted to that rank if you broke these rules because you officially need to be retrained.) If you act up from there you'll be fired. Simple.
Now, time to get to talking business. You'll be required to do at least 4 each week that you stay in this position until given back your position back or given another one that I think you'll be better at.
You're to always be active with any event(s) when you're online to show your support for Bureau of Prisons.
Now, for the Correction Officers in Training to Officers in Charge : Even though y'all are low ranks I require y'all do be doing things as well.
I am going to require y'all to come to as many events as possible. In 3 out of all the events going to happen on Monday through Friday, you're going to marked active, BUT only the ones that show up to the special 3 events that will be hosted during those 5 days. By Saturday and you're not marked active, you'll be fired for inactivity.
Please note during these 5 days (Monday through Friday), you're to attend ALL Mandatory events if online. If you do not show up while online you'll be fired. (Normally you'll be suspended for 3-5 days.)
Now listen, Bureau of Prisons, you're going to be seriously tested and looked at during Monday, June 27th to Friday, July 1st. You will not be told if marked active or inactive, so don't ask. Nor will you be token easily and be babied. If you think I've been being harsh lately, then you're wrong. I will NOT be taking one percent of immaturity or disrespect. Your warnings are up, now let's fix what is broken, and make Bureau of Prisons good again like before.
