I was recently suggested to create form of Elo Rating System. If you don't know what this is I will explain shortly.
The basic idea of Elo Rating system is to create a number based on Wins, Draws and loses. You then use a formula to find your total number, this is how you place yourself on a rating scale based on these factors. This is usually used for Chess and other games like it, I believe CSGO has a modified version of it.
During war we can have a terminal that collects your wins for (raiders) and Defensive wins for (Defenders) based on 2 things, if the raiders capture the terminal and complete the set time. Or the defenders out last the raiders or they hit the raid time limit.
Then based on who won the terminal would connect to a database record it and input the number in. Now I am not sure if I can get a script to dow the math instantly for me but if I can't I would do it manually as the algorithm isn't that hard.
So you would take your total number + wins - Loses Divide by total number of raids/defenses
There's a bit more complication where you would then lose bigger numbers if your higher on the rating scale and win bigger numbers if your lower.
This is a suggestion up for debate and would only be valid during war as it would be too difficult to use it during regular raids I believe but its a good idea I guess if you want to base your scaling on skill.

This won't work sadly here's why.
Clans thrive on activity and there's random fluctuations that happen every holiday or so.
There is also the dependency on High Ranks hosting and the person defending or raiding that can make a skillful difference.
ELO would be good attempt, but not very accurate. |

Well its a rating on their clan though, if that person is in the clan and is the one raiding during the war or defending during the war that should be a reflection to their points. A personal score would be way too difficult.
And yes I realize that this isn't the perfect way to do this, it was a good suggestion in my opinion.

Alright here is a different idea that could stem from this.
A way to record wins and loses to a central database? Would you be interested and using such a program?

If you have a system that records losses then people will abstain from even raiding since that is the easiest way to never lose.
Imagine it like this
You are a game developer, if you want players to have fun you reward them
you don't punish them
More rewards == better
unless you play dark souls
then you become a M |

Sadly I enjoy Dark souls....
I think of clans as competitive so I mean the losses would record when they lose at their own base, but I can see what this wouldn't work from your view.
