Hello.
These are the ranking system for NWMH. -------------------------------------- Nurse: Assistants to all doctors, and will assist in anyway to the patient Security: Taking care of problems that are non-related to medicine. PGY-1 Intern: Starting rank in residency, and will choose a department to serve residency in. Attending a training or SMT to be promoted. PGY-2 Resident: Rookie at their departments, and is still learning. PGY-3 Resident: Understanding their departments, and is also ready to do surgery, with help. PGY-4 Senior Resident: Almost proficient in there department, and helps the chief resident run residents under their rank. PGY-5 Chief Resident- They have complete proficiency in their department, and is ready to move on to fellowship, and then be an attending if wanted. Fellowship: A specialty program that must be served for 2 weeks. Attending: Ultimately responsible for all patient care, and assumes primary care for the patient, may function as a Teaching Attending Physician, rounding with interns, residents, and students for teaching near the patient. You must be board certified by Dr. Henry Johnson or his board, or any other HR. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- These jobs are appointed to you, if you apply for them. DAH: The Assistant Head, who helps their DH help run their department. DH: This person is the department head, and has full control over their department. Health Services and Hospital Admin: These people control all health services given, and also are administrators to. Board of Trustee: From this point on, if you are in the Board of Trustees, you help make decisions that affects a hospital as a whole, and you always work with your Head of Board. Head of Board: They deal with legal teams, paperwork, making decisions with the BoTs and other HRs, and do not treat. They interview as well. COO: This person runs operations really, and runs the hospital when the Assistant Director or Director is currently offline or busy. Assistant Director: They help run the hospital, and does everything. | Also, Chief of Surgery runs surgical operations, and Chief of Medicine runs non-surgical operations. |
