| Listen, when the cereal ammendment was made in 1791, only kellogs was available to the public. The government had no way to predict that coco puffs and lucky charms would enter the market, and frankly these sugar filled products are destroying our youth and cannot be allowed. I am hereby proposing cereal control legislation in order to help with these problems plaguing our great nation. |

| Listen, I'm just of the belief that people in this country with diabetes and any other diseases of that sort should be restricted from buying cereal for their own wellbeing, and the wellbeing on the public. Is that too radical to ask for? |
