This is just a simple standard guide to hosting a training, please let it note this is just the basic stuff and you can add on to this as you go along and change bits depending on how the training goes.
To start a training off you should start with PT's (Physical Training) All the men should be in their PT's and lined up. You should then start by doing push ups and other physical exersizes.
After finishing physical exersizes march the trainee's towards the obstacle courses and then get them to complete the obstacle using the following two methods which you can choose between, Teamwork obstacles or Independent Obstacles.
Once you have finished both the Obstacle courses move the trainee's up to Mount Currahee and do laps up and down the mountain with ur Platoon. Once thats done you and your platoon will have officialy completed Physical Training and you should move on to Combat training.
Combat Training should cover everything combat wise so you should be teaching them how to fire a rifle, how to fight aswell as teaching them formations and tactics.
You should start by doing Formations, and the following formations will be listed bellow: (Please note if you don't know these formations research them)
Wedge Formation Collumn Formation Staggered Collumn Formation Left/Right Echelon Formations
Those are the standard Combat Formations and you should go over each and every one with ur platoon.
Once you have completed formations you should move over to the firing range and help your platoon get better accuracy. Firing range is simple you should just put them into the firing positions and give them orders to follow.
After completing the Firing range move onto TDM matches to do so you must split your platoon up into two squads and team them to the TDM teams, once done you should let them fight to a certain number and whoever reaches that number first wins the Team Death Match.
And once that is complete you will have finished Combat training and you will be able to finish off the training by rallying them in their formals and handing out promotions to who you believe did the best.
NOTE - Remember this is just a standard guide you can edit and do small changes to your training to improve the quality of it.
