There's a side effect of lucid dreaming, you can get trapped inside your dreams, because your body thinks its reality, because you've trained it to believe you can do anything.

Reality checks. Glance at the clock twice instead of once, curl your hands up and move your fingers and see if the right one works. Then, search up "lucid dreaming FILD method"
And click this link: FILD works everytime! : LucidDreaming - Reddit
My lucid dreams have been nothing big, just me being able to control other people as well as myself.

I've had them before without even trying. Except while I can control what is going on, I never seem to realize I'm in a dream until I wake up.

But I've turned back time and did do overs and turned people into stuff.

All you people being able to turn people into stuff and reverse time in their dreams...*sigh*

When I lucid dream I mostly dream about school, and it feels so real I don't know I'm dreaming. Then I wake up and I have to go to school. It never ends. My lucid dreaming ttechniques need work.

get a 5 digit number and think of it as many times as you can during a day
eventually you'll think of it and a dream and be like "o w8.. i need to think now!" then u realize ur dreaming

i don't lucid dream often, but when i do (which i'm not trying to) it's usually when i have a nightmare and i can never wake up and it's horrible. (until my body just wakes itself up somehow)

there's also been times where i've been awake, but i'm still asleep if that makes sense, and i've tried to wake up but it doesn't work

its so funny how you people say stuff like "i have lucid dreams but i dont know that im dreaming"
lucid dreaming is where you know you're dreaming

actually i only lucid dream occasionally
but when i do, it's horrible
i woke up crying one night because of my dream
even though it was lucid, so i shouldve been able to control it
that was the worst pain i have experienced
it felt like my whole body was being ripped in half

that's happened to me

i didn't cry but i was terrified

mainly because i kept trying to wake up but i couldn't and it was so scary

Can't sleep paralysis also happen if you wake up suddenly from a lucid dream?

Or does that just happen in general

But sleep paralysis is essentially having a nightmare, but it's way worse because you're actually in reality, but you create awful hallucinations that are practically real
