| I have asked this once, no one knew, Arcadia is Gallifrey's second city (Gallifrey is a planet in the TV show Doctor Who) was that intentional? Or just a coincidence? |

I know it was roman steampunk early on
So maybe it was a bit of influence from DW |

Well, while that may be the case, Arcadia was also the name of a Greek city-state and so on and so forth. Not quite sure what the actual name was selected from.
