The fact that Malvus wasn't responsible for the reason his account was exploited is the clear factor in this case... A security breach by Microsoft is a simple reason why this incident occurred which means that the owner of the account of Malvus has the right to file a law-suit against them for damages done to his account/gmail.
He also has the right to file a law-suit against Google...
And this is just proof that 2-Step Verification is the worst implementation in Internet History. And another reason why the more information you give them doesn't stop people from getting into accounts, it simply gives them more information to discretely sell to other companies that look for your information.
Also, on the matter of Team-Alex... They are technically breaking several laws in multiple countries globally, if the owner wanted to he could definitely file charges... In which the government would trace the IP's or ask Roblox for the IP Address of Alex, I'm pretty sure they've got it on file as he's been on this game for years... They've got his real IP.
The US and UK have policies with Canada to extradite people for breaking the laws in their countries, and since he's breaking law in Canada he's going to file charges there as well... But to let you know the more legal-terms I'm going to tell you that anyone who states the law enforcement won't care about a "silly-game for kids called Roblox", you are sadly mistaken and need to get your heads out of the gutter. Law enforcement are to follow the law, denying help for someone is simply not policy within the government. You will be found if you break the law, and you will be punished; simple as that. |

| Doesn't matter what he uses, there will always be methods to finding him. If the law requires roblox to give his original accounts IP Address and all IP Addresses that he's use on this site based on algorithms with his name and teams-name. |

tbh they probably would care considering alex has swatted multiple people which uses a nice portion of government resources. If they had an opportunity to take him in, they'd take advantage of it.

B-but proxies. I'm pretty sure Alex isn't stupid enough to do any of this without being covered. He's been doing this crap for months now, you think he would of been caught by now if he didn't cover his tracks?

if the fbi got involved yeah it wouldn't end well, considering they have hella resources
that being said if the fbi was given legitimate evidence showing that he was responsible for the swatting, they'd probably open a case right there - but until then they probably don't have enough for much if any proceedings
