This forum is used to explain the job of the youth pastor and what their job is in iChurch.
A youth pastor is basically someone who will be teaching our members and leading them in the right direction with the help of God, all the glory goes to God. We expect our youth pastors to use grammar during sermons or questions, show respect to EVERYONE, and maintain a healthy relationship with all iChurch members. Youth pastors should also be friendly and patient when it comes to people asking questions.
If you would like to become a youth pastor PM Mathetes your answers to the following questions.
- What is your age in real life?
- What is your timezone?
- What denomination are you? (Baptist, Pentecostal, Catholic, etc.)
- How active are you? (rate 1-10)
- How good is your grammar? (rate 1-10)
- How long have you been a Christian?
- Read Matthew chapter six and explain what Jesus was talking about in that chapter.
After answering those questions we will reply to you explaining whether or not you were chosen.
If you are chosen and become a youth pastor, your guidelines are below.
- Youth Pastors are required to host AT LEAST once a week.
- Youth Pastors should use grammar during sermons or messages
- Youth Pastors will receive be given three chances, if all are blown they will be suspended for 1 week.
- Youth Pastors must post AT LEAST three hours prior from when they're hosting.
