1. Basic Leadership Skills/Rolemodelling:

-All officers must follow the training guidelines.
-Communication with other officers is vital to keep the group together.
-Any suspicious actions must be reported to anyone within the OSS, who shall inform a higher rank.
-No officers may create their own rules. That would create mass confusion within the group. If any officers have an ego that prevents them from following this guideline, then they should not be officers in the first place.
######################################################################################################################################## As an officer, you are a role-model for the next generation of officers. If we do not approve of your behavior, then we shall remind you of what your behavior may have an effect on.

2. Training Rules/Guidelines:

-Laps around the track should be the most common form of punishment for that one soldier who can't do anything right or refuses to follow orders.
-No one may move on with the next step in training until everyone has corrected and perfected themselves with the current one.
-The uniform regulations MUST be enforced at all times.
-The barracks and mess halls are for spare time or roleplay purposes, not trainings.
-If men are caught killing visitors without being ordered to do so, they should be demoted.
-Always have a second officer to help out with training. If you cannot get one, then do not host the training.
-No favoritism. Favoritism causes problems and can cause fa#############We're all in for it together.
-Promote those who deserve the promotion for someone of their rank. Random promotions lead to getting inneffective officers within our ranks.
-If some of your men are struggling, help them out. Don't scream at them and expect them to know how to carry out your orders straight away. There are many people in USM who are very new to the world of groups.
-Those who must leave may leave with a proper reason given (something in real life).
-For lines, all gaps must be addressed and permission to speak is automatically in effect until an officer allows the use of free speaking.

3. Raiding Guidelines:

-Assign squad leaders to lead squads into battle, following up larger formations.
-Raid fair bases only, without any hostile admin abusing officers at the bases.
-Keep all communication with the officers and men around you active.
-Always scout out the map before raiding it. Send a few scouts to help you prepare for a raid.
-Instruct the raiding party of what they are to do when they join, when a particular event occurs during the raid, and what should happen afterwards.
-It is suggested that all officers are to record the raid to catch any proof of administrative abuse.
________________________________________________
4. Grammar:

-Use correct punctuation and capitalization.
-Refrain from using all caps unless necessary.
-Use correct spelling.
-Officers must refrain from using emoticons and gaming slang such as "lol, pwned, rekt, ####### etc.". However, this will only be let off with a reminder/warning. If the officer refuses to cease the use of these words/emoticons, then they shall face punishment.

5. Respect and Discipline:

-A########ny higher ranking officers as "Sir" or "Ma'am". An officer holds the rank of 2nd Lieutenant+.
-All personnel must salute back when saluted. It is highly disrespectful to not salute back when saluted.
-Do not get in the way of any officers that are hosting trainings, it is rude to take over a training unless if you tell the current host that you are doing so, or if the current host is ineffective.
-Refrain from insulting fellow officers.
-Always stay active. Inactivity will get you demoted/exiled, unless if you have a proper reason to be active. Inactivity is to be reported to a General+.
-Do not communicate with the Axis unless given orders to.
