Nullify Act
Section 1: If the County Government, either Executive or Council, deem a law unconstitutional, it shall be sent to the Council to a vote on whether the law is unconstitutional. If the majority of the Council, 3 +1 councilpersons deem it unconstitutional, they then will vote on nullifying the law. If a majority rules in the favor of Nullifying it, it will be sent to the Executive to sign. If signed, the law is Nullified.
Section 2: Once Nullified, the County Government shall notify the Supreme Court and ask for a ruling on the law. If deemed unconstitutional, we shall not have to follow it. If deemed constitutional, it is to be followed.
Section 3: Nullified laws do not have to be followed unless the Supreme Court rules in the favor of keeping the law.
