i tried for about 7 months never figured it out
my problem is getting the camera to do what I want it to do and then somehow finding a way to transform something out of your head into something 3D
no tutorial (not even Andrew Price's) has helped me much |

i've done modeling before in a different program so it didn't take me long to pick up blender
i guess it helps to start with something simpler (i used cheetah3d) before moving onto more advanced stuff

is that open source? it's available for Macs i could maybe hack around with it for a linux port dont want to ever dare try to write my own 3d program, writing my own operating system is hard enough (aiming for not even any interface, it just runs programs on it's own, that's a hard task. CLI would be harder because then you have to play with stdio and stuff)
