1 | INTRODUCTION
Welcome to TRA, one of the oldest remaining superclans! This guide is the primary tool in TRA to further your career and make sure you don't get in trouble in the future. Below are the promotion guide, rules and regulations, and descriptions about divisions and departments inside of TRA!
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
2 | PROMOTION & RANKS
Promotions are awarded to soldiers who are active, loyal, show dedication, follow the rules of the group, show maturity, and attend group events. Keep in mind that you will not always be promoted because you participate in these activities daily, rather if you show improvement overtime. Officers and High Ranks will determine if you performed the task at hand well enough to be promoted.
Recruit: Recruits are newly entered members of the group that are guaranteed basic responsibilities and can be promoted through a training, raid, or defense by being picked by an officer or high rank for promotion.
Private: Privates are still new members, but they have proven to be dedicated to the group by attending at least one event and receiving a promotion.
Private First Class: Private First Class soldiers have shown an additional level of skill. They may start to take on basic responsibilities and duties, and can join the prestigious Elites division by getting a battle test in a tryout.
Lance Corporal: Soldiers who attend group activities and show improvement in combat skills.
Corporal: Soldiers who have demonstrated superior combat skills.
Sergeant: Sergeants are non-commissioned officers that are capable of leading other enlisted members below it.
Staff Sergeant: Staff Sergeants are veteran members of the group who can command lower ranking members of the group, and can begin to assist trainings. These are soldiers that have shown immense dedication and skill. At this point, Staff Sergeants may join the Justice Council.
Captain: Officers capable of leading soldiers with expert efficiency that are voted in by the High Command. They can hold trainings if they achieve training rights, and host game nights.
Major: Matured officers with keen leadership and combat qualities. They can hold trainings with training rights, host raids, and host game nights.
Marshal: The highest Officer rank, for the most exceptional officers. They can hold raids, trainings, game nights and practice raids. Marshals are automatically given training rights.
Colonel: The best at showing explicit leadership and combat qualities. They can hold raids, trainings, game nights, practice raids, and demote/promote in the group.
General: The Commander's most trusted leaders. They can hold raids, trainings, game nights, and exile from the group.
Lord General: The Lord General is the second in command of TRA, and the second highest executive of TRA. He may also veto measures when necessary. Only those selected by the Commander may ever achieve Lord General, and only three people in history have at any time.
Commander: The Commander is a long-time member of TRA who is the leader and executive of TRA. The Commander is the head of the High Command, and can veto measures if necessary.
