SHORT TITLE A. This act may be cited as the ’S.S.A.’ B. This bill may formally be addressed as the Sunshine Standard Act of 2016 ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION II. DEFINITION A. Transparent: the practice of openness, and visible behavior. B. Standard: used or accepted as normal or average ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION III. INTENT A. This legislative proposal makes it a mandate that all court trials must be recorded and collected by the U.S. Attorney’s Office, or in the absence of one, the Attorney General’s office. Exceptions can be found in Section IV, Sub-Section ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ SECTION IV. EXCEPTIONS A. With the passage of this legislation the U.S. Attorney General, U.S. Deputy Attorney General, and U.S. Attorney are held responsible for the recordings of court proceedings. With the exceptions of B.
