Walkspeed 7 is a fast lap.
Usually it's walkspeed 3 or 5 |

| I was never exiled from VAK. I left to join TGI, but that was ages ago. |

Face commands are meant for movement in formation, such as marching, in a formal and professional manner.
They're actual commands used by the actual military lol

| But, Zach, your primary looks really cool, and original. Like, I don't think anyone has ever done a Helghast group before. |

Many can claim they were in VAK. I doubt you were unless you can prove me wrong with proof.
Maybe you were in VAC...

| No way, I thought VAK made up faces, and walking in a single file line, and proper English. |

SpikeMan, I'm kinda hurt that you don't remember me. T_T
But, you can ask any of my friends from VAK, but then again I don't really feel the urge to prove anything to you, as I don't really care. |

VAC pushes away so many potential members for the Empire. I've advanced through the old cadet academy and the first rendition of the army corps, but what VAC is now is counter-intuitive for the empire.

| I agree, Billy, however, the Vaktovian Empire still seems to function. I think it is due to a majority of the members being there for 3+ Years, and are use to the torture of day to day group activities. |

Can you elaborate...?

First off, the sheer time that it takes to progress through the army corps with all of the revising to be sure that someone is fit for service drives people away. The trainings (especially at level one) are mundane and consist of activities that anyone with any prior experience with the empire or common sense already can do well, so why force a seasoned veteran to go through such a process? I suppose my main point is that the majority of the VAC process is a major time commitment that is unnecessary for someone who has already been in the Empire.

| Also, the way you treat you recruits is just unbearable, you treat them like dirt, like they know nothing, and are nothing. |

Back when I was in VAC, they used to do trainings mostly with swords.
It was really funny because, well, you know sword 1v1s. VACs would just twirl around each other for days on end before they would get bored and tie. The officers would get really irritated. |

Vak is the most organised and disciplined group on roblox. That's fact and proven by how they never lost a war.

I can liken VAK to a large corporation where everyone is caught up in red tape. I could appreciate that if it actually did its job and diminished favoritism, but in reality it just deprives the everyone of individuality and eliminates any essence of fun.

>The time it takes to progress can be dependent on you and how dedicated you are. I understand that maybe some people have prior experience but we aren't going to let you just walk on by cause you were in the group before. Furthermore if they are full of prior knowledge and "experience" I'm sure they won't have a problem getting by like others.
"Also, the way you treat you recruits is just unbearable, you treat them like dirt, like they know nothing, and are nothing."
>Again is there any evidence of actual disrespect that is really bad? When I first joined VAC you don't get to wear a crown and just because you have "experience" doesn't mean you can come by and feel privileged to do anything.
"I can liken VAK to a large corporation where everyone is caught up in red tape. I could appreciate that if it actually did its job and diminished favoritism, but in reality it just deprives the everyone of individuality and eliminates any essence of fun."
>Favoritism is not only a VAK "problem" I got by the ranks without kissing up to anyone so I'm sure if you put in some work and got noticed rather than setting yourself up for failure and believing that you won't get by.
