Assuming you have the necessary evidence, yes, but don't expect the courts to believe a "he said; she said" argument.
A million dollars may be excessive, unless it's extremely awful trauma. |

"unless it's extremely awful trauma."
"end life" thoughts with constant flashbacks
lasted several months, nearly ended my life god knows how much times
depression mind somehow went away when i started becoming vindictive
and this may look like a medical malpractice case, what happened to me, is far beyond any form of terrible medical treatment, its torture. |

You'll probably need to be examined by a court-ordered, state doctor.
"can i sue the government for taking away my gun rights"
No, the government followed legal procedure.
"i was wrongly committed to a mental hospital TWICE"
A court-ordered doctor (or some professional the state trusts) would have to decide this. The court isn't just going to take your word for it. |

first time
feb 2012
told a school staff member of how i wanted to die and how i wanted my family dead
KEEP READING
but when you look into it,
I was abused at home and treated like trash at school
i was classified as a bipolar special needs kid and so i was constantly drugged
the thing is, im not mentally ill and "special needs" because god forbid that all people even with the slightest of autism are homicidal vegetables
i was being abused at home and exposed to violence
as a result, i became screwed up
clearly that means, i have tourettes, bipolar, adhd, autism and ocd
thats according to the healthcare system
i told the school system about my abuse
LOL NO, LETS IGNORE IT BECAUSE HES CLEARLY ABUSED SO LETS WRITE HIM OFF AS A LUNATIC
LETS GET HIM COMITTED TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL AS A RESULT!!!!!
next one
something 2015
comitted to ANOTHER mental hospital FOR NO APPARENT REASON
i ask why
"we're trying to make sure this is the right program for you"
"your a yeller"
WHAT DO YOU MORONS MEAN?
needless to say
i was even shown some "special care program" rooms
solitary confinement chamber, vegetable classroom, "sensory room"
I CAME OUT TRAUMATIZED
now you understand

"told a school staff member of how i wanted to die and how i wanted my family dead"
That's a pretty good reason to look at mental health.
"i was classified as a bipolar special needs kid and so i was constantly drugged"
You'll need to prove that putting you on drugs was a negligent call. I.E State Doctor or expert
"the thing is, im not mentally ill"
State Doctor or expert would need to make this call.
"clearly that means, i have tourettes, bipolar, adhd, autism and ocd thats according to the healthcare system i told the school system about my abuse LOL NO, LETS IGNORE IT BECAUSE HES CLEARLY ABUSED SO LETS WRITE HIM OFF AS A LUNATIC LETS GET HIM COMITTED TO A MENTAL HOSPITAL AS A RESULT!!!!!"
You may have a case here. If you can prove that the "doctors" negligently put you on medication as the "easy way out", that's lawsuit worthy.
"comitted to ANOTHER mental hospital FOR NO APPARENT REASON"
There should be documentation on this, and as the 'accused', with lack of a better term, you have a right to access it.
I'm not saying you're wrong, and it seems you may have a good case. But as the Plaintiff, you will have the burden of proof, and if you can't do that adequately, you will lose the case. I'm only viewing it was a judge would. |

| Sounds to me like you don't have a case and are actually mentally ill. The school ias *mandated by law* to report various activities or thoughts, mainly thoughts about harming yourself or others. If they had a belief that you could do either of those it was their responsibility to have you evaluated and the doctors doing so obviously thought you required institutionalization. |

Being admitted to a mental hospital for observation doesn't remove your gun rights. The Supreme Court ruled that doing so requires due process so only a legal entity can do so, which doctors aren't. |

“Committed to a mental institution” is defined as a “formal commitment of a person to a mental institution by a court, board, or other lawful authority.” The definition makes clear that “[t]he term does not include a person in a mental institution for observation or a voluntary admission.” The Supreme Court has held that an involuntary commitment is a serious deprivation of liberty that requires due process of law under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

You were there for observation, you weren't being committed. If they were going to commit you they would have had to go through due process because it denies you your civil liberties. They didn't need your permission to gather information about you because their job was to ensure that you weren't going to hurt yourself or others.
"i didnt do anything wrong, i wasnt depressed or screwed up"
You thinking that you're not mentally ill doesn't mean that you're not it just means that you don't think you are. Mental health professionals are able to evaluate you and decide if you're mentally ill or not but if you lie to them or embellish then they can't make an accurate diagnosis. From what I've read it doesn't seem like you have any case. |

| No. If you were committed you would have went through due process. Involuntary commitment to a mental institution means you'll be there for a long time. |
