you can't, genius
don't joke about veganism please it's a serious topic
after all, you don't want to abuse animals like a sociopath, poison our air, contribute to global warming, and risk heart disease, obesity and diabetes by unnaturally eating meat, do you? :) |

TL;DR: "Since we don’t have strong stomach acids like carnivores to kill all the bacteria in meat, dining on animal flesh can also give us food poisoning."
"We consume twice as much protein as we need when we eat a meat-based diet, and this contributes to osteoporosis and kidney stones."
"Carnivorous animals in the wild virtually never suffer from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, strokes, or obesity, ailments that are caused in humans in large part by the consumption of the saturated fat and cholesterol found in meat."
and also, you're incorrect
only the rich ate meat until recently
and guess what? they were diseased and sick |

@eloquent
health dangers from eating meat that you are listing happen mostly when people eat meat in excess not just when they eat meat regularily

@Salamified
first off, "regularily" is not a word.
and if you cared to do your research, everything I said is true.
plus, you don't want to poison the air and contribute to global warming, do you?
-animal agriculture releases more greenhouse gasses than all transportation combined- |

"any meat is excess meat"
meat is a rich source of easily absorbed iron, zinc, B vitamins and omega-3s. However, we don't need to eat much to reap the nutritional benefits, says nutritionist Dr Rosemary Stanton. "The healthiest intake of meat is a small one.

@Salamified
yes, it's true it contains that
but you can get all of that on a plant based diet
without the health defects
without animal cruelty
without polluting our water supply
without causing global warming

A number of studies have shown that plants feel pain, and vegetables are picked and often eaten while still alive.
don't forget about plant cruelty

@Salamified
first of all, that's entirely false
and secondly, humans were MADE to eat plants
just as wolves were MADE to eat animal flesh, just without the processing, seasoning and viruses added to remove the bacteria HARMFUL TO HUMANS but NOT CARNIVORES. |
