The Fitness Gram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. ding

| I did the best on this test when I was in 8th grade. I think I got like 72 or something |

| We used to do it indoors in the gym and everyone left early so people usually got into the 100+ |

| I was always overweight/slightly obese on the BMI scale and I always got tired pretty early so I was only able to make it into the mid-50s in elementary school and 60s/70s in middle school |

| I had to do it not once but TWICE in the same gym class (####). First time I got a 7.4 (or 74) and felt like I was going to die because of an asthma attack, second time I got like a 3.3 (or 33) since I still hadn't recovered. |
