How would I go about adding a brick to every player?

I want to position the brick using Torso.Position

Welding is a much better option because it doesn't require it to reset it's position via scripts (which would result in a laggy/stuttery look)

I changed up iJacob's script a bit
I got an error
> Torso is not a valid member of Player

part = game.Lighting.tagBlock:Clone()
part.Parent = game.Workspace
part.Position = v.Character.Torso.Position
weld = Instance.new('Weld', v.Character)
weld.Part0 = v.Torso

If I want the part to be inside the player is this how I do it?

Also adding to question above, lets say for instances the part is a rectangle and I want the longer side pointing up? How would I do this?
