So I was playing fighters wearing a Redcliff Elite package, when I thought: How cool would it be if medieval packages made different noises when you walked?
This doesn't have to be a knight packages only thing either, tentacled alien could make a squishy sound when walking, darkage packages or any ninja package in general could make a lower volumed noise of the classic walking noise, robot packages could make a mechanical sound when walking, ect.
This doesn't have to apply to walking sounds either. Maybe a whisper for a ghost or korblox deathspeaker or a growl for a zombie?
There is much more things too: death sounds, health change sounds (ex would be a growl if you got low health with a wolf package) even jumping sounds.
Of course it will get annoying to hear a growl every time you go low or even any different sounds in general, so maybe make a disable sounds setting in the settings menu or the package page?
There are probably a few flaws in this post so I'd like feedback on what you don't like
Too long didn't read: Roblox makes packages make sounds for certain movements or changes to your character that you can disable

Support, but some people might not like it. Make it optional to disable/toggle them.

Your base idea is great but, think about the other side. What about all the games that don't want those sounds? Again, this is a great idea, but I think it's better to let game developers script this if they want it, rather than force in apon everyone.

Ironicly the only part I didn't read was the "Too long didn't read" part.

Even so, where would this option be? Is it really that effective? It could work, but...
Overall, I would rather it be scripted than a setting. Besides, that would add yet another "free model"/kit that people use. What I mean by this is that; If you see a lot of games have the same model/sound, you realize that it's considered copied. If you use the same audio as everyone else, or use the same material.. or whatever it may be.. (Even a starter kit), it would be considered over used and copied by the community.
Basically, I don't want this to become overused to the point where everyone gets annoyed by it.

Sounds interesting. I'll support as long as developers can have the option to turn off the sounds in their games, along with the option for the individual user.

Not so sure about the settings, roblox will have to figure that out if it becomes a thing but there would be a disable button
I can't answer the free model question as there is no fix to that |

Not only that, but they'd have to develop sounds every time a new package comes out. This means a delay between new packages. Not only that, what if someone doesn't like how they sound?

Tbh, it just seems too weird to have it setup like that. I would much rather have it only scriptable. In fact, if you want it, I could easily script it for you.

Don't get me wrong, I do think it's a great idea. I just think it's a better idea to just let people script it if they want it.

It's mostly because I'm tired of people getting thing on a silver platter, without working for it. Most of the games on the front page are copied because someone gave them a model/kit to work off of. Kits are fine for a learning experience. But for a game to get on the front page with little effort. Script-kiddies all over the place... It's just.. Annoying...
Again, that's just my opinion.
