Someone got into my account yesterday and made a trade. Do you think I will be able to get the item back? I have e-mailed info@roblox.com and have shown proof.

If you email info@roblox.com saying that it was a false trade, they will supply you with a remake of the item(s) that have been traded! This way also works with stolen accounts, email info@roblox.com saying someone stole your account and they will send you a link to reset your p4ssw0rd!

Will they take away the item(s) that I received in the false trade?

No, they will take away the item(s) away from the person who now has the item(s) and ROBLOX will then transfer them back onto your account!

I don't know what he's talking about with a remake of the item, I haven't heard that anywhere. Odds are yes you will get the item back, but if he's already traded/sold it then that'd be unfair to the other user and the item can not be retrieved.

By "other user" I mean the person who bought it or made a trade for it, not the guy who stole it.

No they give you a new one. It happened to my friend, and he got a new one from roblox.

Update:
They are asking for my billing info, but they also said something about resetting my pw which I have already done. Do I need to give the billing info in order for the limited item to be restored, or for the resetting of my pw which I had done already? |

Just a quick update on the situation; it's been about four days since I sent an e-mail and now I have been forwarded to the restoration team. They say they need 1-10 business days until they can make make a decision.

If you just accidentally clicked accept, then no, they won't restore your items, but if you were somehow "hacked" or had your account breached, then I'm sure they will be able to help you out. Be sure you're verified next time and don't download strange links! Be careful bud!

I would not bother wasting my time and their time if it wasn't a legitimate claim. If I had accidentally clicked accept I would just accept I made the mistake and get on with it.
