Hello America, seems that DC has gotten it’s activity up, who thought of that? Best time to host an election I guess, think I will… D.C. has been in a fair bit on inactivity recently and I don’t want to poke names as I don’t want to due to my lack of knowledge but it seems that most of it has happened due to an inactive council and a completely dead city until now. Let me elaborate in what I call the main problems: There are 4 councilors and the group is fairly useless and outdated. This has been caused by the inactivity of the city, I’m not saying I can fix it but I and all the other possible councilors can help.
What I want to do: I hope to implement some systems to create city activity as we can’t rely on the new update forever, through trying to re-create the spark in the D.C. related departments, pointing my eyes at the Police Department, even though I don’t have the biggest amount of power over them, well none but I can still try to work with the department.
Why pick me: I’ve been in the USA for a while but took up most roles recently. Currently I’m a Journalist at ABC News, a smaller news agency. I also hold the same role in C-SPAN. These roles have helped open my eyes,
Try to introduce more private business into D.C. Host events to increase activity (even if just for a day)
Activity is what is needed for D.C. to strive and you can all see that once it fell behind Las Vegas it never caught back up. This is the return!
