Fellow Citizens. I am here today to talk to you guys about how and why you should support me for CIA director. Before I start I just want to give a big thank you to Ozzymen for letting me run for this position I am extremely grateful!
First of, I want to talk to you guys about my past experiences with in the Intelligence Community.
NGA Board Of Directors.
NGA Geo-Intelligence Council. Before it's Rank Reformation.*
NGA Battalion Commander. Before it's rank Reformation*.
Former: CIA Operative. And former FPS Senior Security Officer.
And, I even served a few months as the NGA Academy Director.
Now that i'm done talking about experience time to talk about what all of you want to hear. Yes of course, what will I do while serving the CIA as director you all may ask? First, I would make sure we have a few developers so then we could have training, tryout and, meeting place. Then I would recruit a team of Hr's through application. I'd make sure my deputy approves of the people that I know for a fact are good at what they do. Once I've got my team of Hr's I would host meetings everyday on the first week. By that time all HR's will know how to work with in the agency. By that time, every single one of the Hr's will know how CIA works. Then we could host our first training. During that training we'll go over obby's combat and Intelligence training. This will determine if the Hr's really have law enforcement experience, Decent Combat and, more. Once everyone is qualified and ready. We host a tryout. The cycle goes on and on like every other agency.
How will I reduce rogue's with in the agency you may ask? First, I would make sure we have a few developers so then we could have training, tryout and, meeting place. Now! last thing I wanted to let you guys be familiar with. Divisions! We will operate 3 divisions within the CIA which will be, Tactical Strike Unit, Black Operations and an Activities Division. My deputy director will pick one Cheif Of Staff (COS). The cheif of staff will basically be his assistant for the divisions. They will be picking the commanders of each division. I will be overseeing them making sure they are active and doing their job right just like every director should behave.

| CIA isn't law enforcement, they collect intelligence from other countries. And, you didn't even explain how you will reduce rouges. |

I will make sure that all of the people we recruit are intelligent mature people we can count on We will mostly be revruiting by invite interview or tryout : If we do invite we can recruit as many as we want If we to interview or tryout 1-2 maximum : The less you recruit the less rogue invite we make sure we know the But you see when you person and we know is exp etc That way there's less of a chance of rogue for mass recruitment
