How come when I put in my headphones sound doesn't come on? Volumes all up even tried switching them and still doesn't work.

did you try fiddling with Options under settings and then making sure your default input/output is correct

Idiot, and here I was thinking you needed help with editing ServerGroup Value ID's, or unbanning someone, or something like that.
Figure it out yourself and don't make such an attracting title. |

ive had ts3 all the time and im literally hearing nothing and its like i am but im not
i still havent fixed it yet

| Ok, I got it fixed all I had to do was unplug laptop and plug it back in, but thanks anyways. |

The problem was ts3. I can plug the same headphones into my phone and listen to it. But not on ts3 when it was messing up. Every time I entered a ts3 I got an error message for a play back setting.
So please if you think it wasn't ts3 look at the prnsctr in that I put in the replies above. |
