Hey! Welcome to the ROBLOX-Press handbook, this will guide/tell you what the positions purpose's are, the application questions, and tips on how to be successful and grow on ROBLOX-Press.
Positions and purposes:
First lets start off with the permanent positions on ROBLOX-Press. This means that they are already established like those who helped me build the building, progress the group, and more! So to clarify the positions that, you can not reach up to are Vice President, President, or the CEO. Also, I want to tell you what each position does/or what you do when hired for that role in ROBLOX-Press. First off there is/will be Super Fan, they will be the fans who comment on our articles daily or weekly and who have new ideas on what to write about. Now, the Reporters-In-Training, they are the first role you would get being hired mainly because the higher positions include experience from a Reporter-In-Training. Once you have proved yourself to be a master Reporter-In-Training you will be a Reporter, this just means that you will no longer be supervised by a Supervisor but well talk about that later. But the Reported will be assigned a subject to report on or if approved they can write articles about their own subject. Now the Editor, simply they just edit the story that the Reporter has written and send it of to a HR (Vice President, President,{Preferably} the CEO). And then we have the Supervisor, they will supervise the Reporters-In-Training and decide when they are ready to advance a rank. And the highest you can be a Developer, they come to the monthly meetings with the HR's to decide new ideas for the group, how to improve, and how the Fans are responding to the stories.

Tips to success:
Here will be just some tips on higher percent to getting hired, how to rank up faster/most frequently, and what we (HR's) like to see.
How do can you have a higher acceptance rate? You can always use great grammar and have detailed answers, we enjoy a detailed article at ROBLOX-Press! How do you rank up faster once getting the job? To rank up faster you can be more active at your job and work harder. You can also use excellent grammar and be polite to those who you are interviewing. What do HR's enjoy to see and glower on? HR's at ROBLOX-Press enjoy to see you often working and promoting the group to be more successful than before. This includes making a ad for the group, but at ROBLOX-Press we want our ad to be high quality not just a drawing and some words, make it personal yet still connecting to the group. But HR's at ROBLOX-Press do not enjoy seeing you always talking to friends at the office (soon to be created) or messing around. At ROBLOX-Press we want at least one story a week from Reporters-In-Training and higher. Even HR's will try to post stories but note that we have a lot on our plate with managing the group, making ads to promote it, and etc.
