I apologise on behalf of the Federal Court for the misinformation given to you in a previous shout.
While 18 U.S. Code § 752 - Instigating or assisting escape is a federal crime, it does not apply to felons who flee the game before being arrested.
There are two reasons why:
1) This crime applies to a person who assists another person escaping. If you log out of the game, nobody is helping you, so this law cannot apply.
2) If you haven't been arrested, this crime also doesn't apply to you, because it concerns escaping from custody - which you are not in if you have not been arrested yet.
However, 18 U.S. Code § 111 (Assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers or employees) WOULD apply. This could net you a maximum of 12 months in federal prison.
That is all. E pluribus unum, Federal Judge Bakerley |

legally speaking, everyone who avoids arrest can be tried under that law. however, proving that they resisted a valid arrest is extremely difficult, as it requires:
a) evidence of wrongdoing b) evidence of escape c) concrete evidence that escape was in self-preservation
the third requirement is exceptionally difficult, nigh impossible. the defendant could just claim that their internet went off.
anyway, i'm not to judge who is prosecuted or not, i'm to judge whether they committed a crime. |

@griffin He also forged the signatures of 3 federal judges, which has a maximum sentence of 22.5 months. He literally put my signature on it, even though I clearly oppose it. |

Bak, I asked Harvey and Myth and they both said yes. I also corrected the forum so I thought that you would sign it.
