So this is a quest line I've been thinking up for ATTSF if you choose ATR as a faction:
One More Flight:
A pilot of a jet has died, but recently his plane's fuel has been stolen, and so has his bomb. After taking it back, you're on a quest for vengeance to use the bomb against the Red Talons, and probably save ATR from an oncoming onslaught (Puzzle-oriented quest line)
Low level quests:
Merchant's Madness (Puzzle) Through the Sewage and Rats (Run and Gun) The Rat King (Boss/Run and Gun)
Just some ideas for it.

This is a Level 5 Quest that's triggered when there's a food shortage in ATR, and the merchant's supply giver has been getting items via illegal means. What happens is you have to solve 3 puzzles when you get there:
1)Lead a ball through an electric maze 2)Create a small bomb with your bomb making skills, and roll it through a hole 3)Silently adjust mirrors for a ricochet effect on a bullet so you can take out the Merchant Soldier
After those 3 puzzles (not in order), you find the Merchant Supply Giver, whose boss fight is also a puzzle. The thing you have to do is lead him into several electrical pillars, which will cause him to fall into a hole. Once the boss is downed, you've gained a level, and you get an instant transport back to ATR (Since this is an ATR only quest), and you are granted now to get food items (Minus pro items) for free

Through the Sewage and Rats is a Level 3 quest that is triggered when you enter the ATR sewers. After entering, you can take a note from a corpse, which will then tell you that a rat army is waiting. Once you pick your companion or solo it, the quest starts. As you wonder through, encounter rates with Rats start to get lower and lower. Until you enter a "Throne Room". The sequel to this quest is The Rat King.
The Rat King begins with him coming down from the ceiling, and you can use your companion as a meat shield, or you can just use Laser Molotovs to cheat the fight. Eventually, in the second phase, the Rat King starts to absorb sewage into a ball, which you can easily shoot, and it'll fall on him. He falls into the sewage, and you can get a little item called "Rat King's Crown" if lucky.
