| If you want the blue effect for everyone why don't you just put the blue effect in the lighting? |

| I want it ONLY for a specific player. When someone steps on something, they get the blur effect, when they step off of it, it disapears |

so, in the localscript, all i do is put in the code that a normal script contains?

Make a Part that is neon with .5 transparency inside the camera. And CFrame it infront of the players camera CFrame. repeatedly
