▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

I || Introduction

The High Command is made of the most intelligent, humble, and well known leaders in Venezia. Along with our evolving High Command, there is a new set of guidelines to follow. We would highly appreciate your cooperation in following these rules, as it will better our High Command, make things run more smoothly, and more importantly: make us successful. Please keep in mind that failure to follow these written guidelines will result in a line of punishments.

[NOTICE]: From this day forward, the High Command as a whole will become much more strict on enforcing the rules - there will be no more playing around. Everything you do from this day forward will be closely observed and taken note of.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

II || Rules/Code of Conduct

The High Command has a strict code of conduct that is to be followed at all times by its members. Any breakage/abuse of these rules will result in a punishment, explained in Section III.
The importance of a rule is designated by its Level - Level One, and Level 2 are less severe. Level 3 rules are the most important and have the most stringent punishments; Level One and Level Two rules have less severe consequences issued if broken.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

【 LEVEL ONE 】

1. Do not give special treatment to friends - This includes handing out free promotions, giving out admin at trainings, and accepting to divisions, when they do not deserve it.

2. High Command is required to be in F.E.A.R. uniform for anything not shouted with the [FUN] shout tag.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

【 LEVEL TWO 】

1. Act mature at all times. You, as a High Command member, are setting the example for the other members. You are expected to act properly at all times.

2. Do not promote people officially blacklisted by the Commander past their limited rank.

3. Do not create or join chat rooms involved in “trash-talking” another High Rank or other FEAR member. If you have an issue with another High Rank, contact the Commander immediately to get the issue resolved.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

【 LEVEL THREE 】

1. Do not leak anything confidential - This includes FEARMeetings, chats between other High Command members that are not meant to be public, questions to the HCOM interviews, audit logs, and upcoming proposals that have not yet been approved.

2. Do not fight with other members. Fighting is not a proper way to deliver your point regardless of whom you are speaking to. Repeated fighting causes discord and residual bad feelings, which is not how the High Command should operate. Debating is fine, fighting is not.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

III || Punishments

Depending on the level of the rule broken, different punishments will be handed out. The severity of punishments can vary according to individual situations, but the following is a rough outline of what High Command members can expect when they break the rules stated above.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

【 LEVEL ONE INFRACTION 】 -
For a Level One infraction, a verbal warning will be issued, and a possible suspension will be considered by the Commander. A suspension for a Level One infraction will not exceed two weeks.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

【 LEVEL TWO INFRACTION 】 -

For an infraction of a Level Two rule, a suspension or a permanent demotion will be meted out. A suspension for a Level Two infraction may not exceed two months except in the worst situations.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

【 LEVEL THREE INFRACTION 】-

For an infraction of a Level Three rule, a permanent demotion issued by the Commander is the only punishment permitted. There is no forgiveness for an infraction of this magnitude.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Please note that none of these punishments are in any way cast in stone - they may be changed depending on individual situations. Use these only as a rough outline for what to expect if you break a rule.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Hail Venezia!
