ROBLOX Support is not supportive their fellow players with an appropriate level of regard, if you could say they're even 'trying' to support you at all.
they send bots to give you the same rehearsed response, but don't bother servicing you with PROFESSIONAL help, instead of sending bots that dun know crap to do crap.
Here's 3 reasons why the ROBLOX Support has failed the typical player:
It puts an INAPPROPRIATE level of regard, or effort to their servicing the player, when it comes down to it...
When HAVEN'T you been 'requested/forced' to use emails? ffs, ROBLOX believes you can remember EVERY email you have... even the 7 year old emails, you don't ever even use, much less HAVE USED since that time.
It seems half assed, and doesn't do it's job properly. They send BOTS ffs, you really say they're 'trying?'
They're making up excuses not to do the job themselves, and service their players, again with the rehearsed and old 'go to this email' or 'we *need* this email'
fact is, they don't NEED an email to verify an account closely and explicitly associated with community crap, the following being: Youtube Twitch Skype Twitter Facebook etc.
apparently having connections can't be considered plausible proof, hence actual human beings aren't going to do the job at all, might as well send bots to spam the hell out of inboxes with rehearsed text, and not even TRY to service the people...
yeah, let's just send bots to do the job only a human could do, because apparently bots can validate 'alternative verification'
Tell that to the walls of proof I sent ROBLOX in my last email, Youtube videos, screenshots, and associations... that were rubbed off as nothing.
The support team doesn't work, it's failed since the beginning, I knew this for a while now, but it's starting to piss me off.
I lost my damn ROBLOX account to phishing, and ROBLOX doesn't so much as look the player's direction for assistance, they just send bots to rub salt on wounds.

Here's some more information regarding their lies:
What does Support ask for? Lord knows they don't offer VARIETY in their service...
but screw it, gonna email Support again, starting tomorrow... I'm going to enforce my RIGHT, to legally and appropriately GET SERVICE, as a ROBLOX user; under the respects and protection of ROBLOX's own Terms of Service, in which to get service from respectful parties.
I'll email them as much as it takes to get back my property, I know the Terms of Service; They are not responsible for my losing my account.
I also know; They are responsible regarding the Account Safety and Recovery of their users, players are obligated, and given every right to petition for their accounts back,
as all players have the right to access their registered accounts at any time, should a time come that they need it.
impersonation is a clear violation of said Terms, but I don't see my Impersonator's account being affected in any way.
the inconvenient thing is: You get no compensation for losing your property, not even when you EXPOSE the impersonator's account, for account theft, and by extension: Account Trading.
Need I say more? If I do, I'll write a 500 line essay on the subject, in context.
