I. Introduction
The Department of Aviation is based on mainly the protection of the airport. The Department of Aviation focuses on what happens throughout a flight, private flight. We focus on the prevention of hijacking, illegal flying, flying on no-fly areas, and avoiding any accident.

II. Rank & Definition
"Citizen" First rank - New comer to the Department of Aviation. Mainly a Citizen in the State of Rockport.
"In Training" Second rank - Person in the first stage of gaining either Transportation Security Administration, Air Traffic Control, or Program Supervisor.
"Airport Maintenance" Third rank - Personnel in the airport. Mainly helps a Captain+ which is the proper way to take off, were to head, and such.
"Transportation Security Administration" Fourth rank - The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) are part of the personnel in the airport. These people are skilled guards to avoid criminals from hijacking.
"Air Traffic Control" Fifth rank - The Air Traffic Control makes sure the airplane can safely take off, and land. Mainly, Air Traffic Control (ATC) tell the captain of the airplane wether to take off or not, to land or not. Taking off without ATC or any BOD+ will result in a suspension.
"Flight Instructors" Sixth rank - Flight Instructors are well-trained personnel to teach any citizen on how to fly a plane properly. Flight Instructors are chosen by Rockport Airlines.
"Representatives" Seventh rank - Representatives from different departments. May serve as TSA or ATC with consent from the Director, Secretary of Aviation or Governor.
"Airline Representatives" Eighth rank - Representatives from Rockport Airlines. One representative will be ranked to Board of Directors as Head of Flight Instructors.
"Airport Management" Ninth rank - Mainly to guide people around the airport as a "tour". Also informs when a hosted flight will take off and were.
"Program Supervisor" Tenth rank - Program Supervisors make sure that a training or tryout is being well hosted. These people make sure trainers follow the training/tryout procedures to ensure our trainees are getting enough knowledge.
"Board of Directors" Eleventh rank - Board of Directors is composed of how many heads there will be. During the term this R&G was written, the Board of Directors were; Chair(wo)man of the Board / Head of Board of Directors Head of Admin Abuse Head of Complaints Head of TSA Head of ATC Head of Program Supervisors Head of Flight Instructors (RA Representative) Inspector General
"Deputy Director" Twelfth rank - The Deputy Directors have a job as well to keep them running, this position is handpicked by the Director or Secretary of Aviation. During the creation of this R&G, the jobs were: Head Management of TSA & ATC Head of City Supervision
"Director" Thirteenth rank - The Director acts like the Chairman of the Board. But as well, controls the ranks below it if necessary. This rank is appointed by the Secretary of Aviation. Head of Rank Control
"Secretary of Aviation" Fourteenth rank - The Secretary of Aviations controls the Department of Aviation overall. Mainly focuses on his/her high command, and alliances with other departments. May also enforce the R&G as well as this person controls all ranks below itself. Rank appointed by the Governor.

III. In Training+ Qualifications
- You must not be blacklisted from the Department of Homeland Security, Rockport National Guard nor Department of Aviation itself. - Your account must be older than 120 days. - You must not be trellobanned. - You should have not been C/PoT ( exceptions: If you lost a case for removal of freedom of speech or something related to FOS, this is null ) or been AOS'ed by a The Robloxian Cops [HR] Superintendent+ or State of Rockport Court Justice+. - You may not be an alt even if it is older than 120 days. - You must have not been declared Enemy of State - You must not be in the No-fly list

IV. Tryouts/Trainings
At a tryout, hosted by the ATC or TSA head, or Deputy Director+, you must be at your best manner. You must be at your best maturity. We do not accept immaturity. You must attend an "In Training" tryout with the correspondent tryout you want. You must obey the trainer. This will all go in the trainings/tryouts procedure.

V. No-fly zones
Rockport National Guard Base Rockport Capitol TRC:Aviation Command Base Developer Headquarters / Dev HQ
Flying by these places is completely ILLEGAL and not tolerated to fly around. You may be shot if found in this areas, and even suspended.

VI. Vacations / Inactivity
Due to C.VII.III, you may only go inactive for a maximum of 10 days. If you are in the personnel, and go inactive beyond 10 days, you will be fired. No questions asked. If a personnel is found to be inactive without notice (read C.VII.III again), you will be fired. Trello boards associated with your jobs will be made, and you may place your inactivity notice there. May only be approved by Deputy Director+, and if Deputy Director+ go inactive, Secretary of Aviation may only approve.
