So i'm here today to talk about what hacking is and what exploiting is because some people got this wrong. So what is exploiting? Exploiting is when you find a bug, glitch, or mistake in (usually) a game. But I see some people that post things like, "It's not hacking it's exploiting." and though hacking and exploiting are almost the same, they are not. So let me explain what hacking is, hacking is a coding term and it means to use computer code to make a program (There are other ways but this is the most common.) that gets into what is usually a game's code and gives the hacker perks that they can use for good or bad. But they're close enough... Right? Well, not really because exploiting doesn't require you to install a program or input stuff into a console, in fact all it requires is a little mistake. But as for hacking it requires a program or code knowledge. And just to be clear it still counts as hacking if you didn't make the program, and you very well might not know what hacking looks like thanks to roblox's amazing coders and staff but either way lots of people are confused by this so I just wanted to make it right.
Leave suggestions and stuff in the replies. |

| Not many people get this wrong, from my POV. However, exploiting has a different definition in every game. Most people call them 'Script Kiddies'. |
