| This forum will not count as an application as the Prime Minister has illegally removed some of the Presidents Staff from JB and is reforming JB with no authority to do so. |

Correction, the constitution states the the AGoI (You) runs MoJ under supervision of the Minister of Justice. However, djk is no longer MoJ and no one is currently occupying the spot which makes us move up in the chain of power. The person directly above djk and indirectly above you would be the Prime Minister. So, technically, the Prime Minister is the acting MoJ until a new one is appointed. Of course you still have the same authorities, however, the Prime Minister has greater power for the time being. This is why there should never be an empty minister spot, Prime Minister spot or President spot. Every minister, prime minister, or president should serve as their occupation until a new candidate is put in office. Just like every country does irl.. The lack of such a High ranking position promotes weakness and can cause governmental instability in any government.
