| hi, i recently purchased a prepaid bluebird american express card, it has 65$ on it, im trying to buy obc, it comes already activated, yet when i enter the information correctly it says its declined by the bank, even though i havent used it yet at all, help? |

| Hey, the reason it wont go in is because it isnt activated on the Bluebird car. Download the app so you can get your billing info and e-mail on there so it can be activated. |

| I know most cards have an option where you can call them to activate it or whatever it is you need to do. Check your card |

| thing is, on the walmart receipt and in the card package it said that the card was already activated so i'm not sure that's the case |

| call your bank or call the card company anyway to see what the problem is. Make sure there aren't any chargebacks under your bank account |

Call the card company, seriously do it. If you are concerned about your money call them. They may able to find out whats wrong or could refund you. |

| What you can do is going to the Bluebird website and try to register your card from there. Since this is the only option if you do not have a mobile device. And if yet this doesnt work, you can always get a refund and getting a 50$ ROBLOX card. |

No, I have the same problem. I have to buy $40 RBLX cards because ROBLOX messed up their billing crap.
I called the bank, walked into the bank, e-mailed ROBLOX, they said nothing that can be done. I recalled the bank, re walked in, everything is green they even put in a "Force Accept" ROBLOX on the account to where it cannot question the purchase to automatically allow ANY purchase. And still "Transaction Declined by Bank."
It's to the point where once my BC runs out I refuse to get it again because it is highly inconvenient to have to keep going to Gamestop and buying cards.

I've been dealing with this issue for about 7 months now. The sad part is, we got a new card and everything, and it still won't go through.
