They were filming a car chase live from the helicopter, the car finally pulls over he shows his hands to the officers and gets out. From here he IMMEDIATELY gets on the ground and puts his hands behind his back. From there 4 officers surround him and 1 of the officers u can clearly see punching and kicking the man over and over again, after a few seconds fox realizes and zooms out on the angle so u can't really see what's going on.

not defending their actions by any stretch of the imagination, as that is totally uncalled for IF there was no visible weapon. you don't know if they saw a weapon holstered, or hidden somewhere.
if they didn't, then, yeah, that's police brutality. |

that's not it. if he had a weapon on him, and they saw it - even though he was apparently surrendering - you never know if he'll stop and pull it. therefore, the police have the right to protect themselves and knock the guy out, so he cannot bring harm upon the officers. |

| but if there was no visible weapon, then that is blatant police brutality and the officers involved should be punished. |

They don't always know that, because they can't always see that. That in no way puts the fault on the officers, assuming the suspect had a weapon. |

What if he manages to pull the gun while the officer attempts to disarm him, and he calls said officer? You have one officer dead, and that is one too many. |

| Even still, i watched the entire thing take place, from the time the vehicle stopped to what you saw, and by what i saw id say he didn't have a weapon |

The way he left the truck made it more obvious he didn't have a weapon
Now here's the thing, if the officers thou the had a weapon they would be having hands on their own weapons. They're all standing here waiting for him to leave the car then absolutely kick his ass....what's worse is most blows looked like they were aiming for the head |
