Class average mainly comes down to how much your classmates care.

The calculus portion of pebbles is easy. It's the algebra that throws a lot of people off. I haven't taken calculus yet, but I'm in advanced test prep class. The AP Calculus teacher oversees our math. Ever since she began teaching me, I've developed highly towards a mathematical mind that I intend on doing well in calculus in.
This teaching is great because my major in college requires so many maths. |

| I didn't know what to major in so I picked mechanical engineering because I want a competitive degree to compensate for the sunk cost related to college. In my opinion there is absolutely no excuse to major in a fluff major like psychology or gender studies. |

I think psychology is neat. It's not the most practical in the real world, but I personally think it's important.

| I am taking calc II next semester. Maybe you shouldn't have rushed into the subject if you were unprepared to commit the time and effort necessary to achieve to a high standard. I am not lying by the way. We covered derivatives and their applications including related rates, optimization, implicit differentiation, l'hospital's rule, logarithmic differentiation, areas, volumes, and were introduced to integrals. |

| I got AP credit for psychology with a 5 on the exam. I still think that it is not a worthwhile college major. If you are interested in psychology it might be better for you to go into medicine which is more scientifically rigorous. I personally hate the thought of being a doctor however. |

| I guess passing is the only thing that matters. We will end up with a degree in the end. But are you going to be able to apply your calculus skills to other classes or will barely passing the class hold you back from passing more advanced classes? |

once you're in college you'll realize how being proud of grades in high school is the equivalent of being proud of grades in middle school. they're both meaningless.

Yeah we have Calc AB and Calc BC
Got an A in AB, I hear BC has a humongous jump in difficulty, but I always had a knack for math so I'll do my best next year |

| Actually if your college accepts AP credit then that means that you will have less classes to take which means less debt from college tuition for a college degree. |

| Yeah the biggest reason for AP classes is to take the AP tests and get college credit, I'd say the grades you get in them depend on how hard you choose to try, obvs colleges understand that those classes ain't easy and will appreciate any effort you put into them |
