I lost 20 pounds in a month, and the biggest problems with diets is trying to stay on them. All I did was cut out the bad fats and add more nutrients, eating bad can lead to pimples/acne (It's a way of your body telling you something is wrong).
This diet was introduced to me threw my cousin she originally told me to eat:
Morning: 1/2 Cup oatmeal 6 OZ of fruit (blueberries, strawberries, ect) 2 Scrambled or boiled eggs
Now I wasn't a fan of the oatmeal and sometimes I don't have time for eggs so I changed it up to:
Morning: 1/2 or 1 cup of Oats n Honey Granola Cereal 6 OZ of fruit (Take yogurt, dip strawberries in, and put the blueberries in and stir it up, or do it separately.) For Protein (I just moved to lunch and dinner.)
Lunch & Dinner: 8OZ potato/Brown Rice & Beans/ Chicken (Not deep fried) 12 OZ of Veggies
Before Bed: 6OZ of fruit Dairy
You can change what fruits or veggies you eat, but remember total of 12 OZ of fruit and 24OZ of veggies each day, and sometimes money may be a problem so just cut it in half.
For those trying to lose weight and gain muscle: Same diet, but instead of eating 4 times a day try 5 times a day (Speeds your metabolism up, but I don't recommend doing this for multiple years as I heard that it may damage your internal body)
Eliminate a meal with a protein shake (If you don't work out you are just adding extra calories and gaining weight.)
Work out at least 3 times and max 5 times a week and for an hour each day. (I recommend 4 days.)
[ORGANIC FOOD may help clear up acne and make you feel better, but it costs more and you have to cook the veggies.)

Eating the same thing each day does get annoying, but you can research online for different healthy meals. Also look up how many calories you should eat a day upon your age and weight.
(If you are working out don't get alarmed if you lose and then gain weight it's muscle, but keep track another way of your weight.)

Honestly I don't know what to say to that lol. I have no need to gain anything on this site except satisfaction that I have helped someone. If you want to say I am being a try hard that is fine, but with an attitude like that you are not going far in life.

WOW, THIS IS TOTALLY ORIGINAL AND WELL THOUGHT OUT.
THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS, I LOOK INTO THE MIRROR EVERY DAY WISHING I COULD LOSE 20 POUNDS BY EATING THE SAME MEALS EVERY DAY.
