1. itd mean an nba team in my home city 2. itd be great for marketing. when they become good or at least match the skill level of the warriors, it can be like a new battle of the bay 3. if its the clippers, they don't have to share an arena with the washed up lakers, and the warriors-lakers rivalry intensifies

Clippers = that's your opinion
Kings = not happening, you don't pay 500 Million dollars for a new arena and then relocate. |
