This rank guide is designed to help you understand how to advance within Pumpkin Cafe and to have a better understanding of how things are ran in terms of ranks.

Customer Customers are the people who matter most to us. We provide them with the excellent service and they provide us with the excellent experience.
VIP Customer A VIP Customer is someone who, is not a staff member, and who has contributed somewhat to Pumpkin Cafe. Whether it be uniforms, donations, graphics, builds or scripts. VIP Customers may also be current NUSA HRs, and ex-Chief Officers.
Suspended Employee Employees who do not uphold what Pumpkin Cafe stands for will be placed in here. They will be unable to enter the kitchen and serve drinks.
Trainee A trainee is someone who has recently passed the tryout or interview process. Trainees are there to learn the ropes and for that reason, are only allowed to serve milkshakes and ice cream (far right side of the counter). In the event of short staff, trainees can serve donuts and hot drinks in addition.
Barista Barista's are ex-trainees who have passed training sessions and know how to make drinks. A Barista is allowed to make all drinks and will provide you with excellent service 24/7. You must have been a trainee for at least 3 days before being considered for this position.
Senior Barista A Senior Barista is an ex-Barista who has been picked out as one of the best Barista's Pumpkin Cafe has to offer. They can make the drinks quickly and will be given regular training on secret drink making and limited edition drink making. You must have been a Barista for 2 weeks before being considered for this position.
Supervisor A supervisor has the ability to hold trainings for trainees for a promotion to Barista. They will teach new trainees how to make drinks and how to work efficiently in the kitchen and how to work in the small area that is our hot drink section. Supervisors will also moderate the store and assist store managers with various tasks. To become a Supervisor you must receive recommendation from 2 members of the Board as well as approval from the CEO, Vice President or President and you must have also been a Senior Barista for 3 weeks.
Store Manager Store Managers will be in charge of either our Homestore or NYC Store. Each store will have 5 store managers to cater for timezones. Store Managers are in charge of keeping the store running smooth whilst dealing with any customer complaints or questions. The Store Manager has the right to dismiss any employee temporarily during their stay at the store. To become a Store Manager you must receive approval from 2/3rds of the Board and 3 of 4 the Chief Officers and you must have been a Supervisor for at least 3 weeks.
Board of Directors A board consisting of 8 people. The Board are in charge of a lot of things, such as the selection of Mid-Ranked employees (supervisor/store manager) and the smooth running of all of the stores and the system in general. Board of Directors are handpicked by the President with help from the Chairwoman/man of the Board.
Chairman/woman of the Board The Chair of the Board is in charge of managing the Board. The Chair will ensure the Board are active and helping out as much as they should be. The Chair is always next in line for a Chief Office if one is available and will learn to specialise in one of the 4. as well. To become the Chair of the Board you must first have been a Board member for 2 months and then be hand picked by the President and Vice President.
Chief Relations Officer The Chief Relations Officer is in charge of the customer/company relation as well as external relations with the USA Department of Commerce. The CRO will serve for a total of 2 months before being available for movement to another Chief Office.
Chief Marketing Officer The Chief Marketing Officer is in charge of getting the Board's suggestions done as well as creating various ways of getting new drinks more popular within the public and making Pumpkin Cafe a more popular Cafe. The CMO will serve for a total of 2 months before being available for movement to another Chief Office.
Chief Operations Officer The Chief Operations Officer is tasked with making the entire group run smoothly during the absence of the Chief Executive Officer. The Chief Operations Officer will help the CRO and the CMO get their tasks done if they need assistance. The COO will serve for a total of 2 and a half months before being available for movement to another Chief Office.
Chief Executive Officer The CEO is hand picked by the President alone from a pool consisting off the current Chief Officers and the Board of Directors. The CEO is in charge of running the business whilst being overseen by the President.
Vice President Handpicked by the President.
President Handpicked by the old President.
