COMMISSIONED: APRIL 30TH, 2016 CURRENT VERSION: 1.0 PREVIOUS VERSION: N/A
NOTICE: The Personnel Academy are where the best troopers go in order to attend either the Officer and or Commander Programs to be integrated, trained, and shaped into a battle-hardened, and seasoned veteran of the Republic Allied Troops. They will undergo intense training before serving as a frontline officer for the Republic.
NOTICE: Passing the Academy is not an automatic promotion, like N-1 to N-2 after passing the Intensive Training Program, and passing the Officer Academy from N-2 to O-1. You must attend REGULAR training and must be recommended by ONE C-1+ in order to be promoted from one officer rank to another.
================================================================================= |CONTENTS|
[ARTICLE 1]: Intensive/Officer Academy Guidelines
[ARTICLE 2]: Commander Academy Guidelines
[ARTICLE 3]: PA Trainer Guidelines
================================================================================= [ARTICLE 1]: OFFICER ACADEMY GUIDELINES
- SECTION 1: WHAT IS THE PERSONNEL ACADEMY, AND HOW TO BE ACCEPTED? > The Officer Academy is used to integrate and train Non-Commissioned Officers into being one of the many Officers in the RAT. The Academy's sole purpose is to ensure the RAT's future officers are well trained, ready, and responsible for their role in upholding the RAT's steady future ahead. In order to be accepted into the PA, you must be the rank of N-1 and must fill out the form at the end below, you must then send the form to the Dean of the Academy.
- SECTION 2: HOW TO BE PROMOTED FROM INTENSIVE/OFFICER TRAINING > In order to advance through the intensive training of the Academy you are currently in, you must attend trainings designated for your current tier. For example, you are currently in the tier of RULES. You must attend a PA-training with an authorized PA-trainer for that certain tier. Your rates of passing said training and or tier will depend on your skills, and the trainer's overall scores. REMEMBER YOU HAVE TO BE AN N-1 TO APPLY FOR INTENSIVE TRAINING. FOR OFFICERS YOU WILL HAVE TO BE N-2.
- SECTION 3: HOW TO GRADUATE THE INTENSIVE/OFFICER PROGRAM > In order for you to graduate the Officer Program, you must first complete all tiers and fulfill the trainers standards. Once you have completed both, the Dean of the Academy or a Head Trainer will host your graduation exam, whether in a private, or joint-training.
================================================================================= [ARTICLE 2]: COMMANDER ACADEMY GUIDELINES
- SECTION 1: HOW TO BE ACCEPTED > In order to be accepted into the Commander Academy, you must first be the rank of O-3 and must send an application just like your old one back in the Officer Academy to the Dean. The Commander Program is significantly harder, due to that the Dean or Head Trainers will most likely be conducting your training tiers and you are likely to spend weeks or even a month in one tier.
- SECTION 2: MISC ABOUT THE COMMANDER ACADEMY > The Commander Academy is to be treated seriously, due to that if you pass the Program, you will be given many privileges an Officer does not have. Being a Commander is no joke and is a huge responsibility you will have to live up to. Those who will pass the Program will have passed the toughest training regimes the RAT can dish out.
================================================================================= [ARTICLE 3]: PA TRAINER GUIDELINES
- SECTION 1: REGULAR INSTRUCTOR (S) > These trainers may only train those in the Insentive/Officer Academy in the PA. If caught training Commander Academy trainees they will be given probation, if caught a third time. They will be exiled, and will never be allowed to hold PA trainer status ever again.
- SECTION 2: CHIEF INSTRUCTOR (S) > Chief Instructors are more trusted and overall skilled than the ones in the lower tier trainers. These trainers can host all Intensive, Officer and Commander Academy's, and can also Host Final Exams.
