FROM THE OFFICE OF THE MINORITY LEADER OF THE US CONGRESS,
FEDERAL HOTEL, WASHINGTON D.C,
KING_FRUITZ's OFFICE,
It has come up to my attention from far now with the abuse of the power to EB, the power that only should belong to the Vice President & The President is now used by the WHCOS, and many other members of the EB???
"ARTICLE II OF THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION
SECTION I. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America along with the Vice President. He shall hold his office during the term of six months, and be elected by a majority vote of the electors."
If I'm not correct, I don't see the WHCOS nor any other Executive members name there except the President and VP?
Also with the fact that the Executive blacklist IS A EXECUTIVE POWER.
Therefore due to the citizens outrage, action will be done.
I will make a case to the SCJ about this and have talks to the Congressman about this.
Thank You,
Minority Whip Senator, FruitsZ

Lol there is a difference between executive power and just normal abilities he gives to his employees.
You don't see the WHCOS appointing Senators do you? Why? Because it's a executive power only the President has.
You don't see the DNI doing what the Vice President does like going to sessions, cuz its executive power the DNI doesn't have.

| FruitsZ is right actually, no were in the constitution does it say the president can give people the power to executive blacklist, I've seen bloody court judges saying they can executive black list. My question is who will you take this case to as no supreme court judge or federal judge will stand up to the president and his white house puppets. |

Sudden approves all executive branch blacklists so it's technically HIM blacklisting them. Not any other people.

And lets just say you are right (you arent but lets do this scenario)
Say Adam ebs someone and waits for Sudden 2 approve (which he doesnt)
Say sudden doesnt approve of it? Oh wait 2 late, the guy has lost all of his agencies that he won't get back.
The EB will just keep going and nothing will happen.

| they're not recommending to the president he blacklists them, they are literally blacklisting people and not all are running it by the president, and even if they do it's still their decision that the president is just approving so it looks like it was him who blacklisted. Tell me why there is a blacklist trello and the president and vice aren't the only admins. |

| fennas, delegation of authority would imply sudden is telling these people to blacklist, that is not the case, it is the other way around, they are not asking sudden to blacklist at all, they are simply blacklisting (mostly without sudden even knowing) and then saying that sudden has approved. And when they are running it by sudden they don't ask for approval, they are simply telling him, not asking at all. |

"Its called delegation of authority ever herd of it?"
This has nothing to do with that... This is members of the EB using the exeutive power not granted to them by the constuition.
I'm going to say this again, THERE IS A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EXECUTIVE POWER AND JUST NORMAL ABILITIES BEING GIVEN TO YOU BY THE PRESIDENT

This is 100% true. Adam has crossed so many borders of power, if I was 11 years old I'd think he's the POTUS. |

the only powers the president cannot delegate are powers that are specifically assigned to him in the constitution, such as pardoning and nominating
THE POWER TO BLACKLIST PEOPLE FROM HIS BRANCH IS NOT ONE OF THOSE

I invite you to take a case to the Supreme Court, however;
The only powers a president cannot delegate are the ones stated in the constitution. Executive Blacklist is not stated in the constitution therefore it can be delegated to those who he deems fit enough to use that power.

| the point has already been made on this thread, but the president has the full authority to devolve powers not specifically assigned to him alone to others in the executive branch |

A lot of dumb stuff have been said, the constitution states the president and vice can blacklist, it does not say he can let others blacklist, he can give people authority, that is correct, but the constitution states this is a power only him and the vice president can have, no were does it state he can give this specific power to any one else to use, if you show me were it says that the president can give people the power, SPECIFICALLY the power to executive blacklist, then this argument will be over.
PS: Presidents are supposed to represent the people not go around illegally letting there white house workers executive blacklist people.
PPS: This is stupid anyways since almost no body respects or follows the executive blacklist. |
